My name is Erin Peterson, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts specializing in Providing evidence-based, effective, and compassionate therapy to individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, perinatal mental health, gender identity, stress and life transitions. I support people in managing emotions more effectively or in understanding themselves and their identity more fully. I help people make changes in their thought patterns and behaviors in an inclusive and supportive environment.

  • Individual Therapy

    One-on-one client centered therapy. I use an eclectic approach based on client need. We will work together to support your needs and hopes for therapy. Including evidence based models such as:

  • Therapeutic Consultation for Gender Affirmative Care

    Consultations for parents and caregivers to learn more about supporting their transgender and gender diverse youth.

    Consultation for gender affirming surgical letters.

  • Immigration Evaluations

    Clinical assessment and written affidavits for Hardship Waivers, VAWA, or Asylum. This will usually entail 2-3 sessions and full written evaluation for court.
